About Us
Vimala hospital located at Kanjoor, a well-known historical village on the banks of river Periyar in Ernakulam District of Kerala, is a 150 bedded multi-speciality healthcare facility, owned and managed by St. Mary’s Forane Church, Kanjoor, under Ernakulam-Angamaly Archdiocese. The hospital had a very humble beginning in 1958. This hospital is a non-profitable organisation registered as charitable trust. We are the ray of hope in the healthcare services for the people around, and we aim providing quality healthcare at affordable rates.
We have an easy access to road, rail and air transportation. Cochin international airport is only 7 kms away and the nearest railway stations, Aluva and Angamaly is just a drive of 10 Kms, Metro Station in Aluva is also under 10 Kms. Our hospital is equipped with all the latest communication facilities that afford easy access to patients.
